With reduced capacity, sensory‑friendly adjustments and plenty of space to pause, play and explore at your own pace, Sensory Day offers a relaxed one‑day holiday for guests, families and carers.

- Entry: Pre‑purchased passes only
- Eligible guests: Carer Card holders, their families and friends
Who Sensory Day Is For
Sensory Day is not open to the general public.
Attendance is exclusive to:
- Carer Card holders
- Families and friends attending with a Carer Card holder
- Companion Card holders (free entry)
All attendees must have a pre‑purchased online pass.
Season Pass holders must purchase a Sensory Day pass.

- Lava Lagoon Lazy River open in the morning
- Volcano Beach Wave Pool open in the afternoon
- Cyberdrift running scheduled sessions:
- Standard sessions with music and lights
- Quiet sessions with reduced sensory input
- No water dump at Amazonia Falls waterplay area
- Gentle wave cycle at Volcano Beach where possible
- Otherwise, lane ropes added to reduce water movement
- Birdy Cove and Toboggans closed for the day
A Calmer Park Environment
- Park‑wide music played at low volume
- Significantly reduced capacity for a quieter, more comfortable atmosphere
- Access to quiet spaces, chill‑out zones and sensory areas
- Opportunities for local autism support groups to provide information and connect with families
